My favourite things (Poem)

An unwavering silence in the dark living room,

Broken down by a chirping bird’s voice is my favourite thing.

At an arid crack formed red dry land,

Showering with high intensity is my favourite thing. 

In the arena of absolute humidity with sweat,

Breezing with a cold gist to all faces is my favourite thing.

On a snow-filled land, with falling temperatures,

Getting a few pieces of ember in the campfire is my favourite thing.
